On January 15, Liu Xueqian, a representative of Jinan Municipal People's Congress, chairman of Jinan Huayu Group and general manager of Luokou Garment City, said in an interview that this year Luokou Garment City will continue to strengthen the "Luoxianghui" brand, accelerate the layout of the "New Lupai" clothing culture and fashion industry, and contribute private economic power to the construction of a strong provincial capital.
Liu Xueqian said that the Group has determined the strategy of "double upgrading and double transformation", which means relying on the incubation base of Chinese clothing brands to incubate local independent brands; Open up the industrial chain and form an ecological system integrating design, production, R&D and sales. "Double transformation" means to create a modern professional comprehensive market, fully tap the potential of the wholesale market at night, and open the night economy.
"In recent years, we have incubated more than 200 independent brands, which have taken root in various business circles and malls in Shandong Province and even in China," said Liu Xueqian.
"With the further implementation of the Group's strategy, the 'Lok Share' project came into being and was officially opened on June 25 last year." Liu Xueqian introduced that this was the first time Lok Kou Clothing City had opened at 9 p.m. since its establishment 35 years ago, creating a new mode of multi category and multi business operation of the traditional wholesale market, and completing a transition from an "old market" to a "modern, professional and comprehensive market" Nirvana rebirth. Liu Xueqian said that the successful opening of "Luoxianghui" not only opened the "night economy" of the northern business district, but also saved strength for the old city to extend to the starting area.

Last year, Luokou Garment City successfully held a conference on coordinated development and innovation of textile and garment industries in nine provinces along the Yellow River and Jinan Fashion Week. Jinan Fashion Week, with the theme of "Beside the Yellow River, thousands of years of clothing", invited Mr. Ji Wenbo, the winner of the highest award for Chinese clothing designers, the winner of the highest award for Italian Milan clothing design, and the internationally famous clothing designer, to create the "Shangshui" fashion show, to promote the influence of the Yellow River culture on Chinese traditional clothing. The model contest and brand show during the Fashion Week further strengthened the communication and interaction between industries, and demonstrated the creative integration of the industry's fashion frontier.
